FGRA, Inc. will hold its 2010 Annual Meeting at the Hilton Hotel—Airport, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Saturday, September 18, 2010. The hotel is located at 1870 Griffin Road, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33004-2214. The meeting will begin at 10:30 AM, ET. Further information, including a draft Agenda, will be forthcoming in August.

PROPOSED BYLAWS CHANGES
Proposed Bylaws changes have been reviewed and qualified by the Executive Board for presentation to the Membership for ratification at the Association’s Annual General Membership Meeting on Saturday, September 18, 2010.

The Executive Board asks that you take a moment to carefully review these important proposals. While you must be present at the meeting to actually vote on the proposals, we feel it essential that members be fully informed about these proposals and we strongly encourage you to make every effort to attend the meeting if possible.

2010 ANNUAL ELECTION NOTICE:
Election of Officers and Members of the FGRA Executive Board will take place during the 2010 Annual Meeting which will be conducted at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel on Saturday, September 18, 2010. Elections will be held for the following positions:
- President
- Secretary
- Director at Large, Sponsorship
- Director at Large, Marketing
