FGRA, Inc. will hold its 2012 Annual Meeting Sunday, September 30, 2012. We will be voting on upcoming elections for officers in 2013 - 2014 as well as several bylaw change proposals.
The Annual Meeting agenda has been posted and is available for review. The minutes for last year's Annual Meeting have been posted as well.

BYLAWS AMENDMENTS
This year's Proposed Bylaws Amendments have been posted. Please take a moment to review the recommended changes. Please note that the proposed changes may not be modified in any way at the Annual Meeting and that Members must be present at the Annual Meeting to vote on the By-Laws proposals.
2012 ANNUAL ELECTION NOTICE:
FGRA, Inc. will conduct its 2012 Annual General Membership meeting on Sunday, September 30, 2012, starting at 10:30 A.M. Among the agenda items will be elections for the following positions on the FGRA Board of Directors:
- President
- Secretary
Additionally, there will be a review and action on any 2012 Bylaws proposals that may be certified by the Board for consideration by the Membership.
Your active membership in FGRA, Inc. is important to the Association’s continued success and the Executive Board encourages you to attend this important meeting if at all possible.
